Product Description

Perfluoro (n-propyl vinyl) ether-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer, abbreviated as PFA, commonly known as thermoplasticlly processable polytetrafluoroethylene. It has excellent chemical stability, physical and mechanical properties, electrical insulation and high-frequency characteristics, non adhesion, aging resistance, weather resistance, flame retardancy and thermal stability. In addition, its mechanical properties at high temperature are about twice as much as that of ordinary PTFE, and it is even considered to have more excellent performance than FEP. PFA products are divided into three forms: powder, liquid and particle. They can be processed through various technologies such as spraying, roll coating, extrusion, injection molding, transfer and compression molding. PFA can be made into chemical processing parts (such as pipe, plate, accessory, valve component, mirror, safety shell tube, pump component and anti-corrosion lining), film, cable sheath, nonstick coating, semiconductor injection molded part and other products. These products are widely used in many fields, such as chemical industry, mechanical industry, electricity, aerospace, medical treatment, food and semiconductor.

PFA powder product , double-layered polyethylene sealed and then packed in carton. 10KG/bag, 20KG/carton.

Notes

1) When dealing with PFA powder for deep processing, operators must wear protective cloth and mask to avoid potential safety hazards, such as inhalation of dust and toxic gas, or hurt by high temperature. No open flame and smoking in workplace. Exhaust devices should be installed.

2) Once opened, unused product should be repacked to avoid any dust or contamination.

3)The product should be stored in cool ventilated place and away from fire source and heat source.

4) It should also be prevented against sunlight and moisture, kept in upright position and handled with great care.

5)Product waste must be handled properly following local laws and regulations.
